About Geraldine Woods
Ms Geraldine Woods is the Executive Director, Whole-of-Government Transition National Disability Insurance Scheme Program Management Office, in the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services. The NDIS Program Management Office has the responsibility to lead, facilitate and coordinate activities across the Queensland Government to ensure a smooth transition to the NDIS in Queensland.
Geraldine has a key role in engaging with the National Disability Insurance Agency, Queensland Government departments and agencies on all issues and aspects related to transition to the NDIS.
Geraldine has a strong track record in leading change, program formulation and delivery as well as stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Geraldine has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Canterbury University and Executive Masters in Public Administration from the Australian New Zealand School of Government.
