Sarah currently works for Multicap as Manager of Behaviour Support Practice, focusing on delivering individualised behaviour support to people with complex needs and training and developing a team with sound clinical knowledge and an overall understanding of the current evidence based practices to support our customers.
Sarah has nine years’ experience within the disability sector. She started this experience as a disability support worker for customers with high physical needs and over time expanded her support experience. Following the completion of her undergraduate degree in Applied Social Science (Counselling) through the Australian College of Applied Psychology, Sarah found employment with the Endeavour Foundation as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Since then, Sarah has completed her Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) majoring in Autism Studies through Ball State University. Sarah has six years of behaviour support experience and has had the unique opportunity to deliver ABA training during this time to other clinicians in the field.
