Registration Information

2 Day Conference registrations include all programmed sessions on Monday, 15 July and Tuesday, 16 July 2024, tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days.

1 Day Conference registration includes all programmed sessions, tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on selected date of registration (either Monday, 15 July or Tuesday, 16 July).

Please note: All registration fees are inclusive of GST and are shown in Australian Dollars.

Early Bird Registration Fees

Early bird registration is available until midnight, Friday, 17 May 2024.

2 Day Conference Registration $240

2 Day Conference Registration Group of 10 $2,300

1 Day Registration $145

Standard Registration Fees

Standard registration is available from Saturday, 18 May to midnight, Friday, 5 July 2024.

2 Day Conference Registration $290

2 Day Conference Registration Group of 10 $2,800

Late Registration

While the organiser cannot guarantee late registrations are available, we will do our best to accommodate any late requests. Please contact [email protected] should you wish to register for the conference after Friday, 5 July 2024.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers before Friday, 5 July 2024 will be accepted.

Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name, address details and emergency contact of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers prior to the Conference via [email protected] no later than five working days prior to the Conference. Online registration received by the Conference Organisers are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted.
